Opened 3 hours earlier, finally saying something: coffee shop, incense, dry mushroom, black truffle. Oregano, thyme, mint. Paprika, little smoky, meaty and irony. Sweetness that surrounds everything. Balsamic. Starts soft and follows fresh filling up your mouth. Aromatic herbs keep coming back. Iron again. Only slightly warm when it goes down. Chinotto too.
