Had in Santiago at a steakhouse. Good complement to steak. Great deal for the money ($30 in restaurant there)

Rich flavour with a smooth aftertaste. A nice cranberry flavour and a good food table wine. Nice well rounded wine, not too tart. Good on its own or with food.

Purple color with a nose of burnt rubber, cherries, and pepper. A fairly dry wine with a medium body, medium tannin, and a shorter finish.

Plummy. Syrupy. No secondary flavors. Usually some great value here; this is incredibly disappointing. Possible bad bottle.

Blackberry, cherry, currants, plum, and ripe strawberries. Slate minerality with a little graphite. Just a little cocoa and tobacco. The oak is not very strong, the acidity is stronger as are the tannins. It goes down a bit sour and hot, which pulled down my rating. It's complex enough to be interesting but it's also rough-edged and not well integrated. Good with strong meaty food though.

Deep ruby-colored Cab with shades of red fruit like fresh strawberries and raspberries. There were notes of caramel and orange blossoms, subtle woody elements as well as red currants and a bite of candy apple. When the wine touches the palate, flavors of raspberry and strawberry stand tall, joined by blackberries and quiet wisps of tobacco.
