Very new SB, crisp and fresh. A delight with Mexican seafood oceanfront.

2018 SB, clean pretty & bright... hints of lemon curd, soft finish, overall balanced

I've never has Mexican wine. It was delicious! Well balanced acidity and fruitiness.

Buttery and Oaky....but a nice balance. Floral notes, honey, apricot....medium bodied believe it or not. Dry with a lingering finish.

When in Mexico.

Pale straw with some trademark Sauvignon green tint. Effusive youthful aromas of pineapple-green apple, green jolly rancher, green banana, limeade, sea salt and blossoms. Palate is dry, with mod acid, mod+ alcohol. Lime squirt, more tropical notes and a saline quality. Stony. Potato chip companion, hello! Just add backyard and sunshine. Oh, and fish tacos - this is your new Corona, yo.

Goes well with oysters! Stinky guava and medium acid.
