Light and lively sour cherries with a bell pepper hind palate that compels another sip. If valpolicella weren't obsessed with apassimiento I suspect it would be this much fun

Richness comes through but without weight. This is a light to medium bodied wine best served cool. The great thing about this wine is it's finish that resolved with a delightful peppery note. I'd think this would work well with a meaty fish.

Vibrant and fresh, fruity and fun. I chilled it a bit immediately seeing it's translucency out of the bottle. Glad I opened this one on the patio. Still old world though, don't be fooled.
