Perfect balance among fruit, acid, and sweetness. This bottle aged well and was only a little past its prime. It had started to change color and darken, but still had a nice golden color.

Thoroughly enjoyable. Crisp pear/ apple- great acidity and a touch of the sweet. Have to save my second bottle for my brother.
