Clos de Tart Grand Cru Pinot Noir

I think this is a majestic wine despite the poor vintage. Masculin, still a lot of red fruit and cold granite. Underbrush, highly enjoyable.

Started out tight but blossomed with air and was gorgeous.

Going back a couple@of weeks to review an epic wine night: 2001 Clos de Tart to kick things off, and what a start!

Very fine and elegant - superb wine !

Remarkably young. Maybe could have used a decant but who I to complain.
