Fun, cheap party trick. Packs a punch and creeps up on you. Dark berries and plum. Soft mouthfeel with streaky tannins at the end.

Loads of oak, sugar, tannin and alc. Was excited to try sparkling Shiraz for my WSETDip class as it’s a fascinating concept but - at least this unapologetic wham-bam execution of it- is not for me. Not unpleasant, but I’ll just stick with Lambrusco for now, thanks.
I’ll give ‘em props for the innovative closure 🙌🏻
