Bourgogne AOC 2011, 13%. From the Hautes Côtes de Baune. Bottle tasted in September 2014. Nice purple color, and very pleasant nose rich of casis, small red fruits, violets, and rather elegant. Less pleasant in the mouth: very young, acidic and fresh.

Enjoyed with our couscous, so food friendly (lamb three ways). Rustic. Gagliardi family approved.
