On the palate peach and raspberry flavors with underlying sweetness, nice acidity ending with earthy citrus notes. Tasting Sample.

Crisp/bone dry with high acid. Roses/strawberries and tart raspberry. Perfect with our crunchy nachos and blackened tuna on hot beach...

This tasted fabulous and really hit the spot at an El Pirata champagne party in Roses Catalonia, in glorious sunshine by the sea, thus the generous rating. I suspect I would've rated it around 7.8 if I had drunk it back in Blighty!
