Oct 4th, 2017This was a little underwhelming for the price tag and why I wish I had more access to growers champs. The maceration process seemed to overwhelm the finesse and chalk I was hoping for in a vintage bottle. I wish I would have over chilled and then let rest for about 15 minutes as the last glass was by far the best.
