This dry, serious rosé has a strong orange peel flavor that reminds me of Campari. It went very well with pulled pork. Does at 5g/l and composed of 46% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay and 22% Meunier.

Perfect balance of fruit and acid. Luscious and bright with a slight sugar cookie quality.

Sumptuous, decent backbone, reserved but opens up to a bouquet of raspberry and oral sex

Fresh strawberries with yeast and soft citrus. Good structure. A bit simple- may improve with age.

Tasted at the end of the Moët & Chandon cellar tour. Has more depth and structure due to the Pinot, so I liked it more than the blanc

This was a little underwhelming for the price tag and why I wish I had more access to growers champs. The maceration process seemed to overwhelm the finesse and chalk I was hoping for in a vintage bottle. I wish I would have over chilled and then let rest for about 15 minutes as the last glass was by far the best.
