Soft with fruit. Peaches and yellow flower with a lovely steely mineral spine. A touch of sweetness and salinity in the front of the midpalate and a lush lemon oil finish with great balance. Excellent

Light gold in glass. Minimal bubbles. Looks young but lack of effervescence has us wondering if it's champagne or not. The nose is awesome. And the mouth confirms this is really good bubbly. Notes of vanilla and marzipan, lemon curd, stones and chalk. Notable finish. Got better and better over 4 hours as it gained air. One of the best DPs I've ever had.
