Much better this time, almost feels like a different champagne than what I drank last. Much smoother with red berries and a long finish. The list price is insane; the $120 I paid are worth it. A great champagne to toast to the 10th anniversary of paying off the mortgage :)

Mar 14th, 2022A strenuous, exciting, sad and rewarding week has come to an end. Unusual and so I picked one of my more unusual champagnes. This is nice, smooth, citrusy and fruity. I liked the white version better a few months ago, but this is clearly a well-made Champagne. Not worth the list price, but at the price I paid I have no regrets.

Beautiful nose of apple and citrus. Carmel apple on the palate. Not the longest finish, but very good.
