Got some heavy acidity with green unripeness somewhere. Rest of the wine carries it through. Decant thoroughly.

Smokey, toasty aromas are met with brambleberry, black licorice and cracked pepper. Plenty of zip on the pallet with fresh blackrasberry flavors and a slight piecrust note. Tannins are integrated and balanced, this is in a sweet spot now.

Had it when I was at Hilton Sydney's Glass Brasserie and it changed my perception for Australian wines. Love it!
