Deep Ruby with aromas of black fruits and pronounced earthy spice. On the palate plum and blackberry flavors with pepper and herb spice, very acidic. Big firm biting tannins on medium(-) finish ending with brambles and earthy forest floor character. Drink now no aging benefit.

Mar 1st, 2021Rich and dense, but the bell pepper note was so dominate that there was not much to show for the effort of 7-week drying 25% of the grapes.
Hope to try it again with some bottle age.
