Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Bright and peppery with fresh herbs and citrus. Dry finish, a surprise.

Clean citrus flavor, but not too much acid. Fruity. Slight dry finish at the end. Hint of mango…pear… all who tried it with me, liked it very much 

Classic - nice acidity, guava, underripe mango, slight jalapeño.

Great match for chicken with oregano and lemon. Herby, jalapeño, mineral finish with a nice secondary hit of tropical fruit.

Fresh Green pepper and grass on the nose, with lemon zest and white pepper. Dry finish. Green pepper, lemon juice and lychee on the palate. Classic NZ Sauvignon Blanc.
