Lovely earthiness. The tannins are just starting TJ smooth out after five years. It was wonderful with a filet and some spinach gratinee.

Super drinkable. Nice big fruit, mild tannins, overall pretty balanced. And definitely gulpable, which is the ultimate test. :)
