Last bottle remaining from last year… a bit plane and flat, too old?. Thought/expect Provence rose to age a bit…. Some mineral nuances in the finish but misses the crispy crunchyness and small red fruits I like.

Solid Provençal Rosé. Not special but good classic Rosé. Light style, but little fruit flavor. More dry than typical.

An extra year in the cellar has worked quite well for this fine rose. Strawberry, chalk, basil, white pepper. Crunchy with a whiff of tertiary development.
