In 2018, the Minimus Pet Nat from Jubilee Vineyard is 100% Dolcetto. The wine is crisp, fresh & has crushed strawberry notes. Excellent. 12.4% ABV.

Lovely unfiltered rose-- cherry and strawberry. Low alcohol, good for sipping on a hot day with some prosciutto, goat cheese and fresh cherries.

First strawberries then a tannic punch. Wild and rustic. gorgeous wine for springtime when al fresco eats call for a wooly sweater. One of the best rosés I've ever tasted.
