What better to celebrate the eight weeks of summer in Seattle than rose? 75% Syrah, 25% Tempranillo. Salmon pink with an orange tint if you turn your glass just so. Strawberry, floral and vanilla spice notes in nose. Strawberry and cherry flavors with length, dry to semidry some skin astringency on finish. Not terribly complex but tasty, well made. Better for sipping than with food; acidity is ok but not terribly crisp. Paired well with Mariners-Rockies game on TV

This is a good rose...not as light as some I’ve had. It absolutely needs to be as cold as possible...otherwise it gets really heavy and bitter. Great for a hot day inside or chilled on the way to location. Really refreshing with any charcuterie.
