So last night we fired up the BBQ for some lemon thyme chicken so I grabbed this Mike Weir 2011 Crash Rosé from the off-site cellar. The color is a blush orange with hints of pink. The nose was soft and flavors included strawberry. The winemaker's note indicate that it's 100% Cab Franc, an unusual rosé to be sure. Enjoyable though!
