Miguel Torres
Salmos Priorat Cariñena Blend
Reps Priorat terroir very well, from structure to texture. Bonus points for Carignan. Cooperage was nicely integrated here.

Dec 3rd, 2021Sexy red fruit with a little cigar box in the nose. Balance spice and fruit in the palate with a pleasant long finish! Good job!

Deep Ruby with medium+ nose showing aromas of jammy fruit, pepper and toasty cedar. On the palate this blend of Cariñena, Garnacha and Syrah displays black currant, jammy blackberry and pepper, vivid acidity with robust tannins. Lingering finish ending with fruit and oak character. Nice.
