Let it decant for min 1hr, more if possible...otherwise rough. Once it opens up....its nice. Lots of undergrowth, some red and black fruits. A decent dinner drinker, also OK on the second day.

I’m a huge fan of funk, but this is all mule and no fruit. Soiled diaper aromas with raw bell pepper aromas, green tannins and a bit of red currant if you go looking for it. Seems like this was a difficult harvest.

Jun 16th, 2018Bit fruity, tastes more like a Malbec but perfectly drinkable. Paid $30 at restaurant for the bottle, meaning about $15 in store. Not sure if worth the price, but would order glass again in a restaurant.

Cool critter label. Smells like a Cab. from the middle shelf. Fruit and smoke. Flavors are kinda simple, but fairly balanced. Great wine with a sausage minestrone soup.
