Mazuelo or Carignan made in Rioja Alta. Only 4K bottles. Very interesting wine, fruit in great evidence. I liked it very much.

12. 5% transparent Ruby. Nose of candied orange peel and bitter cherry. Comes off a little ripe at first, but keep it down at cellar temp with some air and this is real nice. Earthy. Like if Burgundy had a Carignane baby.

Amazi flavors. Not a typical Rioja wine but the flavors and shouldn't be rated as such. Rich flavors with light body. Low tannins. Easy to drink.
