Top Notes For
"Odedi"

This is a very tasty sweet wine from Northern Italy. Showing red apples, honey, melons, tropical fruits, peaches, lemon peal, dragon fruit, banana, minerals and white pepper.

Sweet on the palate with high acidity to balance all that sugar.

Delicious nose with nice complexity and very aromatic with white flowers. Smells like perfume.

Long finish with tangy lemons.

Well balanced and sweet. A great sweet dessert wine.

5.5% alcohol by volume.

91 points.

Illusion of being a bit lighter than the typical, but the finish is syrupy. Consume with biscotti.

Cépage barbera (peu de tannins, forte acidité) de la région d'Asti (collines du nord de l'Italie). Dans la mème lignée que le Ricossa, mais plus savoureux. Nez plus agréable et plus de subtilité dans le goût.
