Killer nose. Superbly mineral. Butter as an accent. Awesome airy quality. Superb refined aromas and definition. So so so earthy. Lemon. Green apple. Lemon drop. An incredible nose. Iodine up the wazoo. Palate is superb. Elegant, salty and wonderful concentrated but not over the top. So refined and so well made. Pure as the sky is blue. Just a pure liquid gum drop of Meursault. Wow what chiseled minerality and unreal depth. This is so so so good. Tastes like 1er Cru. What a debut. Blown away. After air this gains complexity and depth. This is super super pure. Almost a 9.5. What a debut.

Nose has lemon zest, lemon slice, vanilla bean, crushing of flint, white wood smoke, room temperature butter, salt box and waxy yellow apple.
Palate has under-ripe pineapple, honeycomb, warm green apple, salty warm lemon, pulverized flint; concentration is amazing, finish is minutes.
Wow, Meursault I already ❤️ thee, but this is next level.
Decanted +3H, then double decanted for service tonight.
