Nose is classic with green apple skins, some phyllo dough, spice and nice minerals. Uncomplicated but gorgeous in its effect. Palate is juicy and plump. Good freshness and texture. Sneaky length and very pure. I won’t sell it but it’s something I’d love to pour BTG if I had a restaurant. Nice lime zest and mineral finish and has real good mid palate density.

Straightforward and so good. What you want in a Bourgogne blanc.
