What a wine! Thanks Mr. Loriot for making a masterpiece of Meunier! We paired this with Ahi timbales with avocado and rice and it worked perfectly. This wine has a ton of power and intensity, but never looses its poise. Proof that meunier is a noble variety.

Probably my favorite from the Bonhomie/Proof BBQ and champagne jam. 2006. Smelled like sourdough bread. Awesome.
