50 Shades of Gamay here. Some funk and some sweet cherry fruit on the nose. Some confectionery sugar as well. Nice aromas. Palate is sweet and ripe with great purity. Good tannins and structure. Needs an hour. Really mineral finish. More is there.

I cannot express how much I love this wine in a tasting note but I will try. Beautiful and expressive nose right out of the gates. A melange of berries, wet bark, sour cherry and some licorice. Really complete spectrum and very lifted and clean. Palate is so elegant and complex with a light and ethereal mouthfeel and strong, ripe yet assertive 2013 tannins. Love the purity, grace and finesse as well as the sap and minerality on the finish. Seems like it will be better on Day 2.

Quickly becoming a favorite wine of mine. Clean, crazy aromas that are meaty, floral, berry-like but also very feral. Palate is rich and dense, but so fresh. Really great stuff. Yes I import but showing beautifully tonight.

2011 vintage. Aged in oak. Burgundian to the max yet very Morgon. This wine just works. Tangy red fruits. Needs 45 minutes to really get in the zone. A bit angry right out of the bottle.

Nose is lilac and pleasant barnyard. Palate is light juicy cherry. Lovely aromatics. Almost volnay like. Almost spritzy. A very interesting Wine. A fun interesting drink. Very happy with how this turned out. Bought from Fass selections.
