Herbal (tarragon) with ripe red fruit (cherry compote and raspberry jam). Still kicking , better with the time. This is Gahier’s vineyard for the cellar.

A great trousseau. Still developing. Intense red berries and cherries, flower potpourri

Eight years in and there was still a slight reduction upon opening, but hours 2 & 3 were unreal. This might be the most serious Trousseau in the game, and age is a must with this bottling.

Damn this is delicious. Light, alive, lifted, and with great clarity. Gahier's style is the most wonderful combination of simplicity, purity, and elegance. You can't teach game...and he's got serious game!

Baby, shouldn't have opened it, but brilliant cranberry, great structure, very dynamic wine, need more to cellar

Young. Good, but expect more in time.

A bit too bretty for me to get past, though there's something appealing lurking beneath it all. Too bad.

This wine had the potential to be a 10 - delicate wild strawberry, barely ripe raspberry, orange zest, fresh pink roses, med tannin, lovely balance - but #brett, which is integral to the style of the wine, sat delicately over everything. Still super enjoyable but I wonder how amazing it would be if the cellar was cleaned up.
