The setting sometimes affects the feelings I have for a wine and I’m up in the mountains with my family drinking this bottle by myself but this wine really was an unexpected surprise. So much cedar, dark fruit, plum, baking spices. Tannins that are relentless. A little inky, olive, lavender thingy going on.
