This 7 year old red blend from Lodi is past its prime, but still drinkable.
Dark ruby in color with a reddish/brick rim.
Full bodied and bold with medium acidity.
Dry to off dry on the palate with blackberries, plums, cooked cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, vinaigrette and peppercorn.
Short finish with soft tannins.
Alcohol is well integrated by now. Rich extracted and somewhat sweet.
