2022/9/9-10. Very young indeed - right now, it’s got a nose reminiscent of a verbal, pungent Sauvignon, but with some creamy depth and floral elegance hiding behind. Plenty of tangy fruit and savory mineral on the palate. Delicious with raw ham and all manner of vegetable dishes, but I’d love to try it in a few years.
