A blend of agaves: 85% Espadin, 7% Blanco, 4% Coyote, 3% Mexicano, 1% Barril all distilled in Barro (clay) October 2017 Tio Rey. I really like Mezcal distilled in clay. This one is a little more muted brightness and spicy finish.

By far the best Mezcal I have ever tasted. Made from several types of blue agave, the flavors are so layered and complex. Smoky escabeche, green herbs, bright nopales and hay. Wow. Just wow.
