Apr 14th, 2018Berlin grocery store purchase and, for that, it is solid. Light fruit and oak on the nose. On the palate, there is sharp raspberry and medium acid. A bit of leather and oak as well. By itself, I can see how this might be a bit harsh for some. But have it with fatty cheese or meat and it will be a solid quaffer.

Clean German Pinot. Not a lot of complexity, but very drinkable. Enough acidity to complement food.
