The 2018 Spring Confrerie dinner was a wonderful time with some great Alsatian wines (and non-Alsatian wines) and fantastic food!
This was already good at pop and pour, but you’re doing a disservice if you don’t let it sit in the glass a while. With some air, this wine jumps out of the glass with that classic petrol note. On the palate, very crisp acidity with lime, stone fruit and a mineral driven finish.

Serious honey and metal on nose. Petrol in a noble way. Impressive. Saccharine and honey on the loooong finish, dry, great!
