Classic, pretty Gentil from a great producer. Aromatically rich right upon opening with elderflower, ginger, peach and lychee coming through clearly. The wonderful perfume didn’t hold up very well on the second day, but the wine still shows good texture and freshness across the palate.

Digging these 2014s from Alsace. Lighter for sure, but fresh, clean, precise. Plenty of charm from Riesling, Muscat, & Pinot blanc. Bacchus himself could not have fashioned a more magical pairing with seafood pancake.

Elegant, delicate and beautiful. Unfortunately, it didn't pair with my dinner... Still an enjoyable, nuanced wine on its own.

Lovely blend. Medium-plus acidity and medium body. Pear and a dried floral note with the bass support provided by deep and rich spices. Would drink over many—but not all—Rieslings.

Light floral nose once the wine wasn’t too cold. Lime, white peach and tingly acidity. Very enjoyable.
