Had this at a restaurant (Elio Volpe) and really enjoyed it alongside the seabass and grilled chicken. Wonderful. Going to have to track this down!

Simply a delicious BC Chardonnay. The proprietor says it best they’ve delivered ...”a clean, crisp and elegant fashion” wine.
The stainless aging has punched up the citrus and flint hi-lights while in your mouths. The finish has glow of pear and honeysuckle.🐝

Citrus and yellow apples on the nose. Great minerality and acidity. Long and dry finish. Great chardonnay!
