The 2020 vintage is Savagnin, Chardonnay, Bergeron, and Savagnin Rose Musqué, and it’s by far my favorite Shasta-Cascade White yet.
Super hazy onion skin hue. Saline, savory, and herbal, with notes of cantaloupe, white peach, preserved lemon, kaffir lime, musk, lemon thyme, sage, white grapefruit, yellow apple, honeysuckle, cider, clay, wet stone. Medium+ body but lots of acidity to keep it bright and fresh. Very unique, interesting, and delicious.

Wasnt expecting this to be this good! Ripping acidity, slight creaminess, pear, green apple, grapefruit-like acidity. I'm an acid junkie, so this was right in my wheelhouse.

Ver natty, a bit cloudy, bright with lemon and honeysuckle and a lot of mineralogy and a hint acetone on the finish

Beautiful (Riesling based) white blend. Big acidity, big mouth feel. Pears and wet rocks on the palate. Very enjoyable.
