Dec 23rd, 2019Violet petal, umami soy sauce, white pepper, blackberry, blueberry, cumin, anise, thyme, roasted meat, smoke, iodine, mouthwatering/tart acidity, firm but subtle tannins, juicy, savory, medium- body, insanely complex and flavorful. Wow. I could have spent all day writing this tasting note.

Aug 27th, 2019Bitter cherry, raspberry, pepper; very fresh but with a sneaky amount of tannin - this was not quite as glou-glou as I was expecting, and I actually think this could do with a bit of bottle age for the tannin to soften
