Private Reserve Double Barrel Texas Cabernet Sauvignon

A bit sweet and light on its own, improved when paired with a NY Strip Streak with a bourbon glaze at a Hope Club wine dinner.

Nose is black cherries in a dry leather saddle bag. Taste is leather, plums and oak. Cowboy red wine.

Bold dark fruit nose, not a ton of complexity, dry, medium+ tannin, medium acidity, woody spice palate

Full bodied red, not too sweet, purple flavoured
