This is a very nice Napa cab just hitting its stride. Blackberry jam, cherry, and raisin, balanced by very smooth tannins and a nice soft finish. A joy to drink with a great friends (thanks Mitch and Katie!)

Nicely balanced. What green there is, is balanced with oak tannin and fruit. Right now. Green minimalized most appropriately. Nicely done Merryvale. Would be delicious with top shelf peppered beef over rice. Id happily hold another three years for further evolution, or happily enjoy now.
