Popped and poured. Dark maroon. Almost inky. Blueberry, blackberry and tobacco. Smooth, medium bodied, and slightly tannic. Little acidity. Decent balance. Cherry, blueberry, vanilla. I generally favor Barossa to McLaren but at 17 bucks it's a good QPR for an excellent vintage. 88. Happy National Drink Wine Day.
