From our friends at Le Volpe e l’uva in Florence. A simple but really enjoyable nebbiolo from the Langhe. Doesn’t seem to have the backbone for ling ageing...but it’s drinking beautifully right now. Went great with the linguini and basil cream sauce (with tomato and basil chicken meatballs) we made for dinner. Yum!
