On the palate flavors of apple, peach & apricot with lemon zest and toasty vanilla notes. Smooth long finish, well balanced, nice acidity, ending with fruit, vanilla oak and mineral character. Sip’s well now. Pair this with some pan sautéed white fish with a Beurre Blanc sauce.

Pale yellow with a typical Chardonnay nose of apple, pear & mild citrus with some oak. After some air fairly smooth but still a bit acidic. slight butter with flavors of apple, pear & some citrus like the nose. a little light for a Chard and would like a touch less acidity on the finish.

2019. Acheté à la SAQ des Îles. Meilleur que dans mes souvenirs. Beurré mais pas aussi barriqué que celui à l'étiquette argentée. Peu de sucre (~1.4g/L). À reprendre.
