Really well balanced per nat. Sediment in the bottle seemed to work itself back into the wine. Lemon rind, crisp green apple, some tertiary aromas that at depth. Really enjoyed this wine.

The color and sediment had me worried, but this was a fun little pet-nat that was alive and clean.
