Sandy's Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir
From last night. Much better than the Clone 90. Very soft, but a lot of flavor and depth with a nice, lingering finish.

Oct 2nd, 2020Classic St. Rita Hills pinot. Not sure this will evolve much further, but it’s drinking really well right now.

Sep 17th, 2019Earthy, tart, and smooth. Once it opens up for 30-45 minutes, it gets even better. Really good juice

Feb 11th, 2018Very soft tannins and approachable now. Black currant and cherry flavors make this an awesome wine

May 15th, 2017nose showed vinyl, some animal funk and minerality, spice, red and black cherries.
tastes of spice, cherries, cedar, cinnamon, red licorice.... bits of earth and wood.... comes on hard with hot spice/red hots but relaxes in the mouth to some chocolate and jammy cherries. Tasted considerably better after sitting out a bit.
