Dry. Fantastic. Sangio majority, dead on Sangio, take note.

Aug 7th, 2017A pleasant reminder of how delicious good Chianti can be. Not overly structured but with lots of hallmark Sangiovese sour cherry fruit notes and ripe but evident tannins. Less drying on the finish than is typical for Chianti.

Aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, black raspberry and violets. Same fruits on the pallet with hints of bramble berries and roasted nuts. Hint of baking spice on the finish. Light body and slightly tannic. Interesting.
