Bright with some saltiness, ripe strawberries, low tannins and balanced acidity. Nice oyster wine or pair with spicy food

Sulfur and red fruit aromas.
Tart and funky on palate.

Bright and crisp! Had at a restaurant- paired well with fall flavors. Imagine it would be a nice sparkling thanksgiving choice!

Appearance: deep, strawberry juice coloured, clear.
Nose: medium intensity, youthful, with funk (vomit), umami.
Taste: effervescent, off-dry, light bodied, fresh acidity, low dry tannins with notes of peach, green apple (ripe), and a medium finish.
