So singular. Textured, aromatic (litchi, honeydew, passion fruit) fresh and dangerously easy drinking. The wine is expensive, so is the work behind it, this natural wine stands among the very best.

One of the most exotic and interesting wines I've had in a long time. Jasmine chamomile, hops, grapefruit, orange marmalade... it goes on and on. I'm a sucker for this one.

Natural Orange wine from the Berganland Region of Austria. Lightly floral on the nose. Interesting texture as there is very little acidity because there little bit of skin contact with the multiple Traminer grapes used. Aged Twelve months in concrete. Lychee and melon on the pallet. Lower in alcohol at 12.5%, and pleasantly “funky!” A wine that is very unique and not “typical.” I brought it to have with our salad course, but it actually paired beautifully with beef short rib soup!
