Concerto Reggiano Lambrusco

Authentic Italian rambrusco. Light fluffy intake, beautiful mouthfeel, medium to medium plus acidity. I would venture to say that the tannicity is near perfect and the way the bubbles interact with my foreskin is divine. High quality producer but this bottle was clearly a siesta production. Bottled by a lonely Italian man with low T and a firm backhand. Pairs well with fresh cakebread and dip spit
